I had a rough move in but thank goodness for Lisa, the concierge made me feel welcomed and made by move in go much easier. The other concierge with the bomb hair cut style w bang blonde is awesome and is always so positive in the morning. I feel very safe and welcomed. Staff is super helpful never hesitate to help.

The personnel are skilled, professional and courteous. We enjoy seeing them throughout the property as each individual is quick to offer a sincere smile and greeting. The huge wall of boxes at the concierge desk, however, is terribly unsightly, but I gather you don’t have interior space for storing them out of sight from the lobby. Regarding construction quality, the doors are noticeably cheap and some cabinet doors and even my bedroom door are hung so that they going against either other doors or the floor when opened.

The front desk is always super nice and helpful Covid precautions are making me feel very safe, every common space is well kept and clean. Very happy so far.
